I'm Kyna, a licensed & nationally certified counselor providing therapy for more than 30 years.
Distance work using Video or Phone

I specialize in personal & relationship issues, co-dependency, family of origin impact, childhood abuse, trauma (including sexual trauma), grief/loss, marital & pre-marital, and phase of life transitions. I also have an expertise in spiritual and personal growth and life/career satisfaction. I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to treat PTSD and heal trauma responses. I see all aged male & female adults & teenagers.

In receiving personal Coaching, we would work together by phone or by video, whichever you prefer.

Practice Details

My practice is strictly pay-for-services-as-rendered. I do not offer diagnosis codes or provide for insurance companies at this time. The fee structure is based on a "clinical hour" (see below). Fees are the same regardless of how many people are present and for distance and in-person sessions. Distance sessions are either by phone or a video call. Clients securely pay with specific digital apps or direct deposit from a bank account using Zelle. Some Apps require fees.

• Initial Assessment: avg.90 minutes = $225
• 45-60 min “Clinical Hour” session = $175
• 65-75 minute session =$200
• 80-90 minute session = $220
• 90-105 mins is $220+ hourly prorated amount
• Beyond 105 minutes will be a 2 hour session at $350

​Cancellations: require a full 24 call or text in order to not incur a full charge. Exceptions are made for medical emergencies or sickness that prevents your ability to keep the appt. Childcare does not apply. Also I will rebook without a late fee if I have availability in the same business week.
